At a time when training has become a fundamental necessity for major international organizations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their professional staff, and within the global standards of the profession, IMAS™ has come to regulate training in a systematic and sequential manner in accordance with the ISID™ Training Design Systems and Standards Program.
IMAS™ provides you, as a trainer, with a systematic and simplified tool that helps you prepare your training courses in a more professional manner, within 8 basic stages to enhance your performance in preparing and designing your training courses and curricula in various fields.
IMAS™ enables you to develop a well-thought-out professional training scenario to manage the training meeting.
Therefore, this “Fellow” level is essential for you as a trainer seeking to deliver your training courses in a contemporary manner according to professional standards, far from unsystematic improvisation.

Program Methodology
The IMAS™ system was developed as a specialized methodology to organize and enhance the training process. It enables course developers to create a structured and professional training scenario to manage the time and content of training sessions—regardless of the course topic—through eight sequential and organized stages.
™IMAS provides everything you need for course preparation, from steps and stages all in one place, making it easier to analyze, plan, and revise your training content.
Main Objectives and Applications
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
• Understand the front-facing aspect of the IMAS™ model.
• Analyze and correct common training errors.
• Identify the stages of training package evaluation within the IMAS™ system.
• Understand the eight stages of training curriculum preparation.
• Design a one-hour training module using the simplified IMAS™ system.
As a Participant, You Will Receive:
• The official “Fellowship in Training Systems and Standards Design” program manual.
• One year of continuous follow-up and support.
• A Certificate of Attendance for the “Fellow” course from the Canadian Global Center.
• Membership in the Training Systems and Standards Design Program (ISID™) upon passing the competency test.
• An additional free Certificate of Completion and Competency (Fellow) for those who pass with a score of 70% or higher.
