3. Identify the required needs for the course without conducting a detailed needs analysis.
4. Determine the level of practice needed for each objective based on its importance.
5. Design performance assessment methods for each objective in line with its classification and the skill’s difficulty.
6. Select suitable training tools that effectively support the training topic.
7. Professionally write sections of the training manual using the IMAS™ system.
8. Choose appropriate validation and evaluation methods that match the course parameters.
